Cancellations, Refunds And Admendmemts To Your Booking

• You may cancel your booking any time prior to arrival but please take note that the deposit is non refundable
• The full balance must be paid on arrival before pitching.
• We do not accept poor weather as a reason for cancellation unless it is deemed unsafe or a risk to the public i.e flooding or other extreme weather conditions in which case you will be contacted and offered an alternative.
• Other cancellations are at our discretion. We appreciate sometimes things happen and we may be able to offer an alternative booking but you may be required to pay a small admin fee to cover the cost of this service.
